Bernard Vallette is a small producer of Beaujolais with a long family history dedicated to the cultivation of the vineyard. His winery is in Lachassagne, south of Villefranche, and has 6.5 ha of vineyard on limestone soil that works following biodynamics. In the winery it vinifies with autochthonous yeasts and with the minimum interventionism.
