Age Requirement

The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through us, you are representing yourself to us as at least 18 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order.

Ownership

By placing an order for delivery to you, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 18 years old and by placing your order with us, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years of age and that the person to whom delivery will be made is also at least 18 years of age to accept delivery.

By ordering your agree to indemnify and hold harmless the seller for any resulting consequence or a fraudulent order or any misrepresentation as to the age or legal ability of any intended recipient to receive shipment of alcoholic beverages.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. Because of this, we suggest you ship to a work address. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

 

Delivery Date

Our staff will contact you for confirmation as soon as they receive your submitted order, you can also Message us of availability on delivery before you place the order. For inquiries on related details, feel free to contact us on 81 000 608 prior to placing an order.


Deliveries

A 3rd party vendor has been engaged in carrying out the delivery service to the shipping address you specified in the order. Local delivery currently covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories only, outlying islands and Discovery Bay are not within our service area.

Normal delivery cost is $80, and free deliveries will be offered for purchases of $500 or above.


Additional fees

You may be required to settle additional fees if the aforementioned conditions have not been met or if special services outside of our standard delivery are required. For example, additional fees will be charged if you fail to receive your delivery at the designated address in time and / or re-arrangement of delivery has to be made.


Return Policy

We DO NOT accept return or exchange of fresh food, and only the return of undamaged & packaged products within 7 days of purchase will be accepted. Please contact us at 81 000 608 and bring the product(s) back to our shop with the (online) receipt in its original packaging. Exchange products of the same value is accepted, but cash refund is NOT available.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact our staff on 81 000 608 for cancellation, however successful cancellation of order can only be made before the product(s) is (are) processed for shipping.
