Fine ruby colour with hints of violet reflections, pleasant medium body in the palate, smooth red fruits, black cherry, blackcurrant notes and hints of spices. A nice fullness in the mouth ending with a delicate peppery note. It shall complement nicely Valençay cheese and grilled and mild red meats.
